Do you accept insurance?
A: Tide Wellness is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide transparent pricing and personalized care without insurance restrictions. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can usually use your card for payment. We’re also happy to provide an itemized invoice you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credits cards through Square.
We also accept HSA/FSA cards, cash and Venmo.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Most appointments can be self-scheduled right on our website using the Book Now button. Initial TRT appointments must be scheduled in-clinic. All follow-up visits can be done over telehealth.
Do you require labwork before first appointment?
Lab work is not required before your first appointment, unless you are seeking TRT services, which do require lab testing.
